陶小荣 老师


个人简历

   植物病理系教授、博导。主要从事植物病毒学研究。国家优秀青年基金获得者、中组部青年拔尖人才获得者和江苏省特聘教授。1995.9-1999.6,浙江大学(原浙江农业大学),获理学学士学位;1999.9-2004.6,浙江大学生物技术研究所,获生物化学与分子生物学博士学位;2004.7-2005.3,在上海中科院生命科学院做研究助理;2005.4-2007.4,在美国俄亥俄州立大学植物分子与细胞系做博士后;从事类病毒RNA在植物中移动的研究,2008.5-2010.4,俄 亥俄州立大学生物化学系从事真核生物转录调控研究;2010.5-至今,南京农业大学植保学院教授。

   近5年主持国家自然科学基金重点项目1项、国家自然科学优秀青年基金项目1项和其他国家自然科学项目3项,获得中组部青年拔尖人才、教育部新世纪人才计划项目和江苏省特聘教授资助,并参与公益性行业(农业)科研专项、国家重点基础研究发展计划(973计划)与国家高技术研究发展计划(863计划)等项目。所有研究成果在国内外学术刊物上发表论文45篇,被SCI收录35篇,近5年取得的研究成果以通讯作者发表SCI论文15篇,包括1PLoS Pathogens (IF: 8.365), 1New Phytologist (IF: 7.289), 2Journal of Virology (IF:4.855), 1Journal of Biological Chemistry (IF:4.863), 1Journal of General Virology (IF: 3.501), 2Virus Research (IF:2.812) 等。发表的论文被他人引用360次;获国家自然科学奖二等奖1项(2014年,排名第三),教育部高等学校自然科学奖一等奖1项(2007年,排名第四),中华农业科技奖二等奖1项(2013年,排名第八)。

   承担本科生《农业植物病理学》、《植物检疫学》和研究生《植物病毒学》、《分子植物病原学》课程。

   欢迎有志于科学研究的学生报考病毒学实验室研究生。 

         

研究方向

(1) 植物病毒的检验与检疫(包括内检与外检);

(2) 植物病毒在细胞中的复制、移动和致病分子机制;

(3) 植物对病毒的抗性机制及病毒对植物的反防卫机制;

(4) 抗病毒基因工程;

(5) 重要危险性病毒病防控。
