郭坚华 老师


个人简历

郭坚华-- 196626日生,博士,南京农业大学教授、博导。1998至今任中国植物病理学会植物病原细菌学专业委员会委员。2004开始与德国农林业研究中心在病原物多样性及其对生防效果的影响研究方面保持密切合作。目前亦与美国哈佛大学、加州大学、华盛顿州立大学,斯洛文尼亚卢布尔雅那大学在生物源农药防病机理方面开展合作研究。2005.1至今任多家国际知名杂志评阅人,及国内多家专业杂志编委。2007年任中国植物病理学会植病生防专业委员会副主任,2008年任江苏省生物源农药工程中心主任。1993年至今先后主持或完成课题约40项,包括863项目1项,863子课题3项,国际合作2项,聘专项目6项,国家自然基金8项(所主持课题组共获11项资助),公益性行业(农业)科研专项子课题5项,省部级12项。以通讯作者发表SCI等研究论文近百篇(其中SCI文章50篇),主编教材3本。申请国家及国际发明等专利33项,其中32项中国发明专利和1项欧洲专利(12个生效国)已获专利证书。2006入选教育部新世纪优秀人才;2007年获江苏省科技进步奖二等奖(1/7)、中国商业联合会科技进步奖一等奖(1/10)及教育部科技进步奖一等奖 4/9)。


主要工作成果及团队建设

    建立了国际先进水平的生物防治菌株快速筛选技术;发现和建立了具有自主知识产权的活菌制剂保藏方法和独特的外来微生物田间释放方法生物农药研制和开发的关键、共性技术;明确了多种生防活菌制剂的毒性测定和产品定性、定量检测的企业标准;开发出防治青枯病、疫病、根结线虫病等蔬菜土传病害和病毒病等地上部病害的生物农药产品,其中防治蔬菜根结线虫的蜡质芽孢杆菌AR156,已取得与企业的合作,新农药正式登记证号PD20142395;一项产品获得生物肥料登记『微生物肥(2013)准字(1096)号』,并通过南京国环有机产品认证中心的有机评估(证明号IP-0109-932-1696)。


研究方向

1. 防治农作物根结线虫病、黄萎病、枯萎病、青枯病、疫病、水稻纹枯病、稻瘟病等土传病害,霜霉病、病毒病等地上部病害的活菌制剂以及天然活性化合物的研发及其机理研究。

2. 重要检疫性植物细菌病原物的定性、定量检测、检测试剂盒的研制和遗传多样性分析,遗传多样性与生物防治的关系。

3. 土壤微生态,生物农药和生物肥料对土壤-作物系统的影响。

4. 各类不同类型土壤、不同植被、不同气候条件下的微生态研究,生物农药和生物肥料对土壤-作物系统的影响。

5. 秸秆腐熟剂的研发及其机理研究。

先后主持或参加30余项课题。主持863项目1项,参加863项目1项、农业行业专项3项。主持国际合作2项,聘专项目6项,国家自然基金8项,省部级12项,市局级2项,与企业的横向合作课题3项,另主持学校教学研究项目1项。


主持创制产品

1. 防治蔬菜根结线虫病的蜡质芽孢杆菌活菌制剂AT31(原名AR156,商品名线灭),新农药正式登记证号PD20142395。已由企业合作生产销售。

2. 防治蔬菜疫病和青枯病的生物肥料枯草芽孢杆菌微生物菌剂,获中华人民共和国肥料正式登记证,微生物肥(2013)准字(1096)号。已由企业合作生产销售。

3. 防治蔬菜根结线虫病、疫病、青枯病的多菌合剂蔬得康宁盾系列产品(中试产品),广谱、高效、增产效果明显,目前正与企业合作开发。

4. 高效防治棉花黄萎病的小试产品,待开发。

5. 高效防治茄科蔬菜病害(番茄灰霉病、辣椒疫病)的小试产品,待开发。

6. 防治蔬菜TMV(烟草行业病毒病)和CMV(黄瓜花叶病毒病)的PopW蛋白制剂(小试产品),待开发。

7. 高效防治TY(番茄黄化曲叶病毒病)的肠杆菌制剂(小试产品),待开发。
