个人经历

叶文武,男,福建厦门人,博士,植物病理学系副教授

科研工作

围绕病原菌与植物及其环境的相互作用系统,以基因组学与生物信息学为特色,开展病原菌成灾与变异机理及病害防控的应用基础研究。发表论文40余篇,其中在Current Opinion in MicrobiologyMolecular Plant-Microbe InteractionsBMC GenomicsFrontiers in Microbiology等期刊以第一作者发表论文10篇,在ScienceNature CommunationsPlant CellCurrent BiologyPLoS Pathogens等合作发表论文30余篇,获得教育部自然科学一等奖1(6/14),担任MPMIMPPBMC genomicsPLoS OnePlant Growth Regulation、植物病理学报等近10种学术期刊的审稿人。主持国家和江苏省青年科学基金各1项、中央高校基本业务费课题1项,参加杰青项目1项、国家基金委重点项目和青年项目各2项。

 

教学工作

承担本科生必修课《生物信息学》、《普通植物病理学实验》和《农业植物病理学实验》等,研究生必修课《植物病原菌研究技术》等的生物信息学部分。获得植物保护学院青年教师授课比赛二等奖(2016),被评为南京农业大学“优秀学生教育管理工作者”(2016)
