赵春青

一、个人简历

赵春青,男,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。2007年7月获山东农业大学学士学位;2014年7月获中国农业大学博士学位。博士期间(2012.1-2014.1)获国家建设高水平大学公派研究生项目资助,赴美国加州大学伯克利分校(University of California, Berkeley)留学两年,师从美国科学院院士John E. Casida教授。2014年7月入职南京农业大学植物保护学院韩召军教授课题组。

二、研究方向: 昆虫生理生化与分子生物学。

(1) 杀虫剂标靶(GABA受体系统)的药理学研究。本实验室将着重对二化螟GABA受体系统的药理和生理功能进行研究,并开展新型杀虫剂/化合物的筛选和应用开发以及药理学功能验证等。我们将整合利用转录组学、药物高通量筛选、化学生物学、细胞分子生物学、计算生物学/化合物文库筛选等综合实验手段展开研究。

(2)突触可塑性因子-Neuroligin的研究。

(3)农业害虫细胞色素P450解毒酶代谢系统的研究。利用体外细胞表达、降解代谢等分子生物学和分析化学的手段,研究农业害虫对杀虫剂产生抗药性的机理,以及可能与抗药性相关的生物标志物(Biomarker)筛选。
